In May 2005, Versatile Telecoms International Inc received the formal appointment from TCL & Alcatel Mobile Phones Limited as the sole and exclusive authorized Philippine distributor and service support for all its products and services. Powered by a strong partner, an excellent service chain, mature product system, advanced management policies and the best talents in the industry, VTII was able to grow rapidly to more than 30 full time employees, acquiring more than 200 dealers and a network of more than 1000 outlets nationwide. In such a short period, VTII successfully emerged as a major player in the entry to mid level phone market category.
